I have been a Professional Chef for 30 years; I have cooked for several Presidents including Reagan, Carter, Bush Sr., and Clinton, several high ranking royal family members and many actors and actresses and sports figures. I have been an executive chef for the 4 diamond property in Death Valley, opened the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, and many other major properties across the country. I was the first American born Executive Chef hiredby the 3rd largest cruise line in the world I was the Executive Chef on the Pride of Hawaii when she was launched and brought her out to rave revues.

I am that Personal Chef with many years experience that will come to your home cook to your likings either from my customized menus or use one of your family recipes that you enjoyed all of your life. I will cook healthy food with fresh ingredients, do the shopping, do the cooking, and do the kitchen cleaning.
